Her Journey& Platform

Candice Ruggiero is the host of the INTENTIONAL EXCELLENCE PODCAST, LOVE SPEAKS LIVE, and LOVE SPEAKS OUT IN THE COMMUNITY —platforms rooted in purpose, authenticity, and intentional living.

After the passing of her husband in 2023, Candice experienced a profound personal awakening. In that season of loss and reflection, she realized meaningful change was necessary to reach her highest self and to refill her own cup. This transformation led her to step fully into her calling as a host, speaker, and community voice.

Through the Intentional Excellence Podcast, Candice explores intentional living, authenticity, empowerment, and navigating burnout. Love Speaks Live features heartfelt conversations with guests who share how they practice self‑love and inspire others through compassion. With Love Speaks Out in the Community, Candice brings these conversations into real spaces—highlighting individuals who lead with love and make a positive impact where they live.

At the heart of Candice’s work are the values she lives by: authenticity, intentionality, empowerment, healing, and love.


Candice Ruggiero

Education, Leadership & Global Experience

Candice Ruggiero is an educator, administrator, speaker, and mentor with over 30 years of experience in education. She holds two master’s degrees—one in Education and another in Educational Administration and Leadership—earned from colleges and universities in New York, and is a certified educator in the field.

Candice has served as a public school teacher and administrator, and she has also been a school owner in the Philippines, bringing leadership experience across both domestic and international settings. Having lived and worked in the Philippines, Australia, and the United States, she is deeply rooted in a multicultural, global perspective.

Her diverse experiences have shaped her genuine love for connection, communication, kindness, and understanding people across cultures. Candice leads with heart and intention, believing that education, leadership, and human connection are powerful tools for creating meaningful change.
